Account Deletion

You can delete your account by either sending an email to support@winstapp.com or by deleting it yourself in the app.

Go to Settings tab on the bottom panel of the app.

Click on 3 dots on the right top of the screen. You will see the option to Delete Account.

You will see the confirmation screen where you need to click Delete button.

Please be advised that deleting your account will remove all data we store on our servers related to your account. However, it will not cancel any active subscriptions through the app stores. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot cancel your subscriptions directly. To cancel your subscription, please contact Google Play Support or Apple Support (for subscriptions through the App Store).
